摘 要:以自制的端羧基液体氟橡胶为原料,氮丙啶为固化剂,丙酮为溶剂,采用一锅法对其进行固化。通过红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热失重仪(TGA)分别对固化产物的结构、固化过程及耐热性能进行研究,考察了固化剂用量、固化时间等因素对固化产物耐溶剂性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:氮丙啶与端羧基液体氟橡胶的固化温度为90~100℃。随着固化剂添加量的增加,产物的热稳定性逐渐增强,且具有优异的耐溶剂性。当固化剂用量为14%、固化时间为4 h时,固化产物的综合性能最佳。The self-made carboxyl-terminated liquid fluororubber was used as raw material,aziridine as curing agent and acetone as solvent to cure it by a one-pot method.The structure,curing process and heat resistance of the cured product were studied by infrared spectroscopy(IR),diffe-rential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric meter(TGA).At the same time,the effects of curing agent dosage and curing time on the solvent resistance and mechanical properties of the cured product were investigated.The results show that the curing temperature of aziridine and terminal carboxyl liquid fluororubber is between 90℃and 100℃.As the amount of the curing agent added increases,the thermal stability of the product gradually increases,and the solvent resistance is excellent.When the curing agent is used in an amount of 14%and the curing time is 4 h,the overall performance of the cured product is optimal.
