空气净化器最低噪声档净化能力的实验分析

摘  要:对16台标称颗粒物洁净空气量190m^3/h^800m^3/h的空气净化器,实测了睡眠档或静音档运行状态下的颗粒物洁净空气量和噪声声功率级指标。样机静音档或睡眠档的噪声值均<37dB(A),最低噪声档颗粒物洁净空气量实测值与标称值的比值范围为14%~32%。经计算,当室外空气质量分指标为“中度污染”和“重度污染”时,16台样机在适用面积下以静音档或睡眠档运行,不能使室内颗粒物稳态浓度降至空气质量“优”对颗粒物浓度的要求。16 air cleaners with nominal particulate clean air delivery rate ranged from 190m3/h to 800m3/h are selected to be tested,comparing and evaluating the CADR and noise power level at sleeping or silent mode.According to test data,the noise power levels of 16 samples are all below 37dB(A),and the ratio of CADR at minimum noise level to nominal value is 14%-32%.Based on calculation,when the AQI of outdoor air quality is“moderate pollution”or“severe pollution”,the 16 samples cannot reduce the steady concentration of indoor particulate matter to the requirement of“excellent”air quality when operating at silent or sleeping mode.
