摘  要:以国家质量基础理论内涵为指导,分析了国内建筑卫生陶瓷产业关键共性NQI技术集成及应用的现状,结果表明,当前国内建筑卫生陶瓷行业NQI关键共性技术集成与应用程度不高,难以满足产业绿色转型升级需求,亟需研究支撑建筑卫生陶瓷产业绿色升级的关键共性NQI技术,形成科学合理的绿色建筑卫生陶瓷关键检测设备计量规范、高品质绿色建筑卫生陶瓷标准、认证评价标准以及绿色化关键领域标准(节能、节水、低碳),实现包含计量-检测-标准-认证认可的全链条NQI技术体系并开展示范应用,为加快推动国内建筑卫生陶瓷产业绿色转型升级和高质量发展形成标准支撑。Based on National Quality Infrastructure(NQI)theoretical connotation as the instruction,this paper analyzes the key generic NQI technology integration and application in domestic building sanitary ceramics industry.The results show that the current degree of key generic NQI technology integration and application in domestic building sanitary ceramics industry is not high,and it is difficult to meet the demands of green transformation and upgrading of the industry.It is urgent to study the key generic NQI technology supporting green upgrading of building sanitary ceramics industry,to form a scientific and reasonable green building sanitary ceramics key testing equipment measurement standards,highquality green building sanitary ceramics standards,certification and evaluation standards,and green standards in key fields(energy saving,water saving,low carbon),realize the full chain NQI technology system including measurement,testing,standard,certification and accreditation,and carry out demonstration application,so as to accelerate the promotion of green transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of domestic building sanitary ceramics industry.
