摘  要:针对传统检测设备很难满足基于OIML R46国际建议的电能表检测需求的现状,文中介绍了一种三相电能表检测装置设计方案。装置采用模块化设计,包括可程控信号源、线性功率放大器、高精度三相标准电能表和多功能误差处理系统四部分。装置具备数字调幅、调频和调相功能,可输出正弦波、高次谐波、方波和尖顶波等波形,实现对三相电能表的误差校验、功能测试和计量性能保护试验。该方案对国内传统电能表检测设备的改造具有一定的参考价值。According to the actual situation of the conventional verification equipment hardly meeting the verification demand of electric energy meter based on OIML R46 international recommendation,this paper introduces a design scheme of verification equipment for three-phase electric energy meter.This equipment adopts modularization design which includes programmable signal source,linear power amplifier,high-precision three-phase reference standard energy meter and multi-functional error processing system.With the function of digital amplitude modulation,frequency modulation and phase modulation,the equipment can output sinusoidal wave,higher harmonics,square wave and peaked wave.The error calibration,function test and metering performance protection have been realized in the equipment.This solution has important practical significance to improve domestic traditional verification equipment.
