摘 要:在(K,Na)2O-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2分相乳浊釉中引入P2O5,用热膨胀仪、色度仪、维氏硬度计、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱等测试方法探究其对釉面性能及釉玻璃结构的影响。结果表明:釉面白度和维氏硬度随P2O5引入量的增加而显著提高,白度由46.58%提高至71.79%,维氏硬度由737.94 HV提高至1 153.03 HV;在P2O5组分引入量较低时(0.58%,摩尔分数,下同),[PO4]易夺取基质玻璃相中[BO4]的桥氧促使[BO4]向[BO3]转变,促进釉熔体分相,此时P2O5多存在于富硼分相液滴中。当P2O5组分引入量较高时(1.15%~1.72%),液滴相与基质相之间的界面为釉中晶体成核提供条件,釉中析出六棱柱形Ca3(PO4)2晶体,异相粒子与基质相之间的折射率差值提高,且Ca3(PO4)2晶体尺寸在可见光波长范围内,Mie散射作用加强,釉面白度提升;同时,釉玻璃结构的致密度随[PO4]含量的增加而提升,促使釉面维氏硬度提高。P2O5 was added into(K,Na)2O-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 phase-separated opaque glaze. Effect of P2O5 on the glaze properties and structure was investigated by thermal expansion instrument, colorimeter, Vickers hardness tester, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The results show that the glaze whiteness and the Vickers hardness improve as P2O5 content increases. The whiteness of the glaze increases from 46.58% to 71.79% and the Vickers hardness increases from 737.94 HV to 1153.03 HV. [PO4] obtains the bridge oxygen of [BO4] from the matrix glass phase, promoting the phase separation of the glaze melt by changing [BO4] to [BO3] when the mole fraction of P2O5 is below 0.58%. Also, P2O5 mostly appears in the boron-rich phase separation droplets. The interface between the droplets phase and the matrix phase provides conditions for hexagonal prism shape of Ca3(PO4)2 crystal separated from the glaze, the refractive index difference between heterogeneous particles and matrix phase increases, and Ca3(PO4)2 crystal size is in the visible wavelength range when the mole fraction of P2O5 is 1.15%–1.72%, which enhances the Mie scattering and improves the glaze whiteness. In addition, the Vickers hardness of the glaze improves because the density of the glass structure increases with increasing [PO4] content.
