摘 要:采用双氧水浸种、清水浸种、干湿交替、红外线照射、高温干燥、去稃处理、赤霉素等措施处理野大麦种子并进行萌发试验。结果表明:野大麦种子存在较强的休眠性,新收获的种子发芽率仅为6.3%;清水浸种不利于解除野大麦种子休眠;双氧水浸种50 min、红外线照射20 h、干湿交替处理8次均能明显提高发芽率;40℃高温干燥8 d、去稃、赤霉素浓度400 mg/L浸种均能有效打破休眠,显著提高野大麦的发芽率。其中,赤霉素浓度400 ml/L浸种12 h效果最佳,是破除野大麦种子休眠提高发芽率快捷有效的方法。野大麦种子的休眠不是单一因素引起,而是多种因素形成的综合休眠。To study the dormancy characteristics of Hordeum brevisubulatum seeds the germination tests of newly harvested H.brevisubulatum seed were carried out after processing seeds with hydrogen solution,soaking seed in water,alternating dry and wet,infrared irradiation,high temperature drying,lemma removal and gibberellins etc.The results showed that the H.brevisubulatum seeds had strong dormancy,and the newly harvested seeds had a germination rate of only 6.3%.Soaking seeds in clear water was not conducive to break the dormancy of H.brevisubulatum seeds.The germination rate can be significantly improved by soaking in hydrogen solution for 50 minutes,infrared irradiation for 20 hours,and alternating wet and dry treatment for 8 times.Drying for 8 days with the temperature of 40℃and lemma removal,and soaking seeds with gibberellins of 400 mg/L concentration could significantly increase the germination rate of H.brevisubulatum seeds and break the dormancy of the seeds.Soaking seeds with gibberellins of 400 mg/L concentration was the most effective method to break the dormancy of H.brevisubulatum seeds and improve the germination rate.The dormancy of H.brevisubulatum seeds was not caused by a single factor,but a comprehensive dormancy created by various factors.
