摘 要:氮气泡沫凝胶体系由氮气起泡剂发泡,泡沫外相为高分子聚合物与交联剂形成的凝胶构成,相对于常规的氮气泡沫,泡沫强度更大、封堵周期长,同时具有更高的热稳定性和耐剪切性,贾敏效应更为突出。通过对起泡剂和凝胶体系的优选得出一种泡沫凝胶复合堵水体系,并在中海油LD-52油田B26H井进行了应用,应用后该井的含水率由原来的90%降低至76%,取得了非常好的堵水效果,从而证明了所优选的氮气泡沫凝胶复合堵水体系在堵水增产方面具有非常好的应用前景。The nitrogen foam-gel is composed of foaming agent and gel system, foamed by nitrogen and the foam outer phase is gel which is generated by ployer and crosslinking angent. Compared with conventional nitrogen foam, the foam gel shows larger strength, higher thermal stability and shear resistance and more prominent Jarmin effect. A foam-gel composite water plugging system was obtained by optimizing the foaming agent and gel system, and it was adopted to well B26 H of CNOOC LD-52 oilfield. The pilot application showed that the water cut of this well decreased from 90% to 76%, very good water plugging effect was achieved. It has been proved that the optimized system of nitrogen foam gel composite for water plugging has a very good application prospect in the field of water plugging and oil stimulation.
