摘  要:针对遥测领域信号源控制方式复杂且输出信号源单一问题,设计了一种采用统一控制方式进行的多节点数据收发平台。采用XC6SLX16256为主控单元,通过以太网接口完成点对点控制与数据传输,数据传输可以满足单字节传输与批量数据传输及单包发送。硬件电路采用主从节点模式,主节点模块可挂接16路不同功能模块,受主节点统一控制完成各自特殊功能。通过统一的控制方式实现了批量数字量信号源以自定义结构发送、单包远程命令发送、批量接收数据流。实验结果表明,能够输出直流量信号,幅值、相位可调的正弦波、方波等交流量信号,以及据命令回传监测数据准确。经实验证明,该信号源性能稳定,抗干扰能力强,具有很好的实用性,可用于多个测试领域。Aiming at the single problem of signal source communication interface in telemetry field,a multi-node data transceiver system was designed.The system uses XC6 SLX16256 as the main control unit,and completes point-to-point control and data transmission through Ethernet interface.Data transmission can satisfy single byte and batch data transmission.The main node module can connect 16 different functional modules,and the main node can control each other to complete their special functions.This paper designs and connects four different functional modules,namely,analog direct flow signal module,acquisition module,alternating current module and data transceiver module.In order to ensure the accuracy of the system and reduce the error between the hardware circuit connection and the chip itself,the least square method is used to calibrate the collected signals and outputs linearly.The experimental results show that the frame count in the received data is continuous,the data transmitted by the system is stable,and there is no loss phenomenon.Combined with the result analysis of the actual test data,the test data is accurate,reliable and stable,which can be used in many test fields.
