摘 要:本文基于2007-2018年中国大陆部分省份的面板数据,建立静态与动态面板模型,采用中介效应检验方法,探讨服务业开放对地区工资差距产生的影响。研究结果表明:服务业开放对地区工资水平存在显著的正向作用,通过产业结构优化、人力资本提升、技术创新溢出、制度环境变革等机制提高地区工资水平,缩小地区间工资差距,其中人力资本提升效应较为明显,而技术创新溢出效应相对较弱。此外服务业开放对东部地区工资水平的提高幅度最大,中部地区次之,西部地区的幅度最小。因此,提出应稳妥推进地区服务业开放进程,培育服务业发展新增长点,实现地区间生产要素合理有序流动。This paper is based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2018,which establishes static and dynamic panel models,and uses the mediating effect test method to explore the impact of service openness on regional wage gap.The results show that service openness has significant positive effect on the regional wage level.Through the mechanisms of industrial structure optimization,human capital improvement,technological innovation spillover,and institutional environmental change,the regional wage level is raised and the regional wage gap is narrowed,among which the effect of human capital improvement is more obvious,while the spillover effect of technological innovation is relatively weak.Besides,the service openness has the largest increase in wages in the eastern provinces of China,followed by the central provinces and the western provinces.Therefore,this paper proposes that we should steadily promote the opening process of the regional service industry,foster new growth points in the service industry,and achieve rational and orderly flow of production factors between different regions.
