百克瑞纱布敷料联合3M透明敷料对预防中心静脉导管相关感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察百克瑞纱布创面敷料联合3M透明敷料用于预防中心静脉置管后局部皮肤感染的效果,观察对减少导管相关性感染的疗效,总结减少导管相关性感染的因素及减少有创操作院内感染的因素。方法选取2015年8月至2017年10月ICU中心静脉置管的重症患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者中心静脉穿刺处给予百克瑞纱布创面敷料外敷联合3M透明敷料覆盖,对照组患者中心静脉穿刺处给予3M透明敷料覆盖。2组均给予针对性护理干预。观察2组患者中心静脉穿刺处局部皮肤发生感染的情况,进而观察百克瑞纱布创面敷料对减少导管相关性感染的疗效,评价临床干预效果。结果观察组局部皮肤感染率及导管相关性感染率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用百克瑞纱布创面敷料联合3M透明敷料覆盖中心静脉置管穿刺处,并配合针对性护理干预,能有效降低中心静脉置管局部皮肤感染率及中心静脉导管相关感染率,从而有效降低有创操作的院内感染率。Objective To investigate the effects of Baikerui gauze wound dressing combined with 3M transparent dressing in preventing the skin infection due to central venous catheterization,so as to reduce the foctors of catheter-related infection and reduce nosocomial infection caused by invasive procedures.Methods A total of 120 severe cases who underwent central venous catheterization in ICU of our hospital from August 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by Baikerui gauze wound dressing combined with 3M transparent dressing at the central venipuncture wound,however,the patients in control group were treated by 3M transparent dressing at the central venipuncture wound only,and the patients in both groups were given targeted nursing intervention.The skin infection status on the central venipuncture position,and the effects of the Baikerui gauze wound dressing in reducing catheter-related infection and clinical intervention effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The local skin infection rate and catheter-related infection rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To use Baikerui gauze wound dressing combined with 3M transparent dressing to cover the part of venipuncture of central venous catheterization,combining with targeted nursing intervention,can effectively reduce the local skin infection rate and central venous catheter-related infection rate.
