摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对冠脉介入诊疗的影响。方法选择2018年7月到2019年10月收治的168例神清语利、能正常交流和互动的心血管介入诊疗患者,随机分为对照组82例和试验组86例。2组患者术前进行常规护理和健康教育,对试验组进行心理护理,术中观察2组患者情绪变化情况和患者血压和心率的变化对诊疗路径及诊疗时间的影响。结果试验组术中情绪平稳人数明显高于对照组,试验组患者的血压和心率术中与术前变化明显低于对照组,诊疗时间明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理使冠脉诊疗患者情绪平稳,从而血压、心率稳定;心脏的正常搏动,保证了血流的正常动力学,使冠脉介入诊疗路径通畅,缩短了诊疗时间,提高了手术的质量。Objective To investigate the effects of psychological nursing on coronary intervention diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 168 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from July 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(n=82)and experimental group(n=86).The patients in both groups received routine nursing and health education before operation,moreover,the patients in experimental group received psychological nursing.During the operation,the emotional changes,and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The numbers of patients with stable emotion in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in control group were more significant than those in experimental group,moreover,the diagnosis and treatment duration in experimental group significantly shoter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing can stabilize the emotion of patients with coronary heart diseases who undergo diagnosis and treatment,so as to stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate of patients.The normal beating of heart ensures the normal dynamics of blood flow,makes the path of coronary intervention diagnosis and treatment to be unobstructed,shortens the diagnosis and treatment time,and improves the quality of operation.
