摘　　要：通过对一家烧结砖厂原材料塑性指数、干燥敏感性和化学组成进行了检测分析;并对窑炉风量、温度和排出的烟气进行了检测,以检测数据为基础分析了该烧结砖厂在生产过程中存在的技术问题,并提出了解决技术问题的方法。This paper tests the plasticity index,drying sensitivity and chemical composition of raw materials in a fired brick factory.Based on the test data,analyzes the technical problems in the production process,and puts for⁃ward the methods to solve the technical problems.
