摘 要:以混凝土路面砖为研究对象,通过正交试验法研究水灰比、砂率、粉煤灰水泥取代率3种因素对混凝土力学性质的影响,通过混凝土路面砖不同龄期的抗压强度得出力学性能最优组以及因素主次之分。结果表明:①通过极差分析,得出影响混凝土路面砖力学性能显著性因素为:粉煤灰取代水泥量>水灰比>砂率。基于力学性能的最佳混凝土路面砖因素搭配为:水灰比0.35,砂率45%,粉煤灰取代水泥率20%;②当水灰比较小时,混凝土混面砖的抗冻性能较好,但力学性能有待提高;③合适的砂率有助于提升混凝土路面砖的力学性能,增加路面砖的密实度。当砂率增加时,抗冻性虽然有所提升,但是拌合物坍落度与抗压强度呈现劣势,综合考虑最佳砂率为45%;④虽然掺加粉煤灰水化过程缓慢,使得早期强度降低,但也使混凝土拌合物和易性提高,并且提高了混凝土后期的强度。通过添加粉煤灰混凝土抗冻耐久性有显著提升。Taking the concrete pavement brick as the research object,the influence of water cement ratio,sand ratio and replacement rate of fly ash cement on the mechanical properties of concrete is studied by orthogonal test method.The optimal group of mechanical properties and the primary and secondary factors are obtained through the compressive strength of concrete pavement brick at different ages.The results show that:①through range analysis,the significant factors affecting the mechanical properties of concrete pavement brick are:the amount of fly ash replacing cement>water cement ratio>sand ratio.Based on the mechanical properties of the best concrete pavement brick factors are:water cement ratio of 0.35,sand rate of 45%,fly ash replacement of cement rate of 20%.②When the water cement ratio is small,the frost resistance of concrete face brick is better,but the mechanical property needs to be improved.③ppropriate sand ratio is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of concrete pavement brick and increase the compactness of pavement brick.When the sand ratio increases,the frost resistance is improved,but the slump and compressive strength of the mixture are inferior.The best sand ratio is 45%.④Although the hydration process of fly ash is slow and the early strength is reduced,the workability of concrete mixture is improved,and the strength of concrete at later stage is improved.By adding fly ash,the frost resistance durability of concrete is significantly improved.
