摘　　要：学术文化的积淀与传承对弘扬大学精神与大学文化具有重要的影响作用。在争创一流理念的指引下,地方大学学术文化建设与思想政治教育的有机融合是实现全方位育人的重要途径。通过分析地方大学学术文化的内涵建设现状,强化思想政治教育功能,探索行之有效的特色化建设对策和机制,可以发挥大学学术文化对高水平教师培育、高素质人才培养的积极引导作用,实现人才综合素质的有效提升。The accumulation and inheritance of academic culture is of universal significance for carrying forward university spirit and culture.Under the conceptual guidance of striving for the first-class,the organic integration of academic culture construction and ideological and political education in local universities is an important way to realize all-round education.By analyzing the current situation of the connotation construction of academic culture in local universities,strengthening the function of ideological and political education,and exploring effective countermeasures and mechanisms of characteristic construction,we can play a positive role in guiding the cultivation of high-level teachers and high-quality talents,and effectively improve the comprehensive quality of talents.
