摘  要:目的探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)、Betatrophin、可溶性CD68(s CD68)表达水平及与卵巢功能的关系。方法选取2016年4月至2019年4月本院妇科102例PCOS患者作为研究组,另选同期48例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68水平,并比较研究组不同卵巢反应患者临床资料及血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68水平,探究血清指标、临床指标与促排卵治疗卵巢反应性的相关性及血清指标与临床指标的相关性。结果研究组血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组卵巢低反应患者血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68水平高于卵巢正常反应患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68与胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血清黄体生成素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)间存在正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68、HOMA-IR、LH/FSH与卵巢反应性间存在负相关关系,血清AMH与卵巢反应性间存在正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);控制了HOMA-IR、LH/FSH、AMH等其他因素后,血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68仍与卵巢反应性显著相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCOS患者血清IL-17A、Betatrophin、sCD68表达水平明显升高,与患者卵巢功能和胰岛素抵抗关系密切,且与患者促排卵治疗卵巢反应性呈负相关。Objective To investigate the serum levels of interleukin-17A(IL-17A),Betatrophin,soluble CD68(sCD68)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and their relationship with ovarian function.Methods From April 2016 to April 2019,102 PCOS patients in the Department of Gynecology of Yinchuan First Peoples Hospital were selected as the study group,and 48 healthy physical examination patients in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of IL-17A,Betatrophin and sCD68 were compared between the two groups,and clinical data of patients with different ovarian responses in the study group were compared as well as serum levels of IL-17A,Betatrophin and sCD68,to explore the correlation between serum indicators and clinical indicators of ovulation induction and ovarian response,and the correlation between serum indicators and clinical indicators.Results The levels of serum IL-17A,Betatrophin and sCD68 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-17A,Betatrophin and sCD68 in patients with low ovarian response in the study group were higher than those with normal ovarian response,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between serum IL-17A,Betatrophin,sCD68 and homa-insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),serum luteinizing hormone(LH)/follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),antiMüllerian hormone(AMH),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between serum IL-17A,Betatrophin,sCD68,HOMA-IR,LH/FSH and ovarian reactivity,and a positive correlation between serum AMH and ovarian reactivity,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After controlling for HOMA-IR,LH/FSH,AMH and other factors,serum IL-17A,Betatrophin,and sCD68 were still significantly correlated with ovarian reactivity,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum IL-17A,Betatrophin,and sCD68 in PCOS patients are signif
