摘 要:为了提高公路混凝土护栏的耐久性与施工效率,提出了混凝土护栏的优化方案,通过振动液化试验研究了基于滑模技术的混凝土配合比,提出了采用硅烷浸渍技术提高护栏混凝土的耐久性以及滑模施工的质量控制要点。结果表明:随着水泥用量的增加,出浆量呈现降低的趋势,坍落度的变化不稳定。坍落度的降幅最高达到72%,宜通过出浆量评价混凝土的工作性能,在坍落度不超过50 mm时选用水泥用量较小的配比。In this paper,in order to improve the durability and the construction efficiency of the highway concrete guardrail,an optimization scheme of concrete guardrail was proposed,and the concrete proportion based on the slip form technique was studied by vibration liquefaction test.The key points of quality control for improving the durability of guardrail concrete and sliding form construction by using silane impregnation technology were put forward.The results showed that,with the increase of the cement content,the amount of the slurry tended to decrease,and the slump was unstable and can drop up to 72%.It is appropriate to evaluate the working performance of the concrete through the amount of slurry.The proportion with a small cement content is selected when the slump is no more than 50 mm.
