摘　　要："节能住宅"是指采用新型节能围护体系和综合节能技术措施,使采暖地区的住宅采暖能耗降低,达到国家规定的节能目标,并具有良好的居住功能和环境质量的住宅。作为近年国际间最为关注的话题之一.“Energy-efficient House”refers to houses that adopt the new energy-saving system and the comprehensive ener-gy-saving technical measures to reduce the energy con-sumption in areas that provide central heating,and achieve the energy-saving targets set by the government。
