电针合谷穴对痤疮患者大肠经前臂循行线皮肤温度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针合谷穴对痤疮患者大肠经前臂循行线皮肤温度的影响。方法:纳入25名痤疮患者作为受试者,给予电针合谷穴,采用红外热像仪分别于电针前、电针时和电针后检测大肠经前臂循行线上合谷-阳溪段、阳溪-曲池段的皮肤温度,并比较不同时间点的皮温变化。结果:合谷-阳溪段:与电针前比较,电针时、电针后受试者该段皮温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);电针后受试者该段皮温低于电针时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。阳溪-曲池段:与电针前比较,电针时、电针后受试者该段皮温均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);电针后受试者该段皮温低于电针时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针合谷穴可以降低痤疮患者大肠经前臂循行线皮肤温度,促进气血循经走向头面,从而增加患者面部的气血灌注,增强面部新陈代谢。Objective:To observe the influence of electro-acupuncture(EA)at Hegu(LI4)on skin temperature of Large intestinal meridian in the forearm of patients with acne.Methods:The changes of skin temperature of 25 patients with acne in Large intestinal meridian before,after and during EA at Hegu were observed.Results:Hegu-Yangxi:Along the line which is from Hegu to Yangxi of large intestinal meridian,the skin temperature didn't changed significantly during EA and after EA compared with before EA(P>0.05),but there was difference on the skin temperature between after EA and during EA(P<0.01).Yangxi-Quchi:Along the line which is from Yangxi to Quchi of large intestinal meridian,the skin temperatures of during EA and after EA were decreased compared with before EA(P<0.01),and the skin temperaturesof after EA was lower than that of during EA(P<0.05).Conclusion:This suggests that EA at Hegu may decrease the skin temperature in the forearm of large intestinal meridian of patients with acne,and accelerate the Qi and blood of forearm towards face through large intestinal meridian.
