摘　　要：本文在基于大数据收集整理研判我国近十年走私穿山甲犯罪的报道、判决书及已办案例的基础上,围绕影响治理我国走私穿山甲犯罪案件的相关因素进行系统分析。拟通过加强国内执法机构间的合作,推动国家层面同周边国家(地区)的合作,以有效打击穿山甲走私犯罪。The 8 species of pangolin in the world today are all endangered.In the past 10 years,1 million pangolin scales have been hunted.In September 28,2016,all 8 species of pangolin were included in Appendix I and Appendix II of CITES,and from January 2,2017,all international commercial trade in pangolin and its products were prohibited.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the reports,verdicts and research documents on the crime of smuggling pangolin in China,this paper systematically analyzes the relevant factors affecting the crime of smuggling pangolin in China.In order to effectively deal with the threat of smuggling of pangolin,China needs to change people's awareness of food and medicine of pangolin,strengthen cooperation between domestic law enforcement agencies,and promote cooperation with neighboring countries at the national level.
