摘 要:无损检测技术(NDT)可靠性通常以缺陷检出概率(POD)来评估,但在生产实践中还应考虑误检和漏检给飞机维修决策带来的不同风险.本文在传统模型的基础上,加入误检概率和漏检概率建立计数模型和计分模型,给出NDT可靠性的系统评估方法.设计并加工飞机典型材料常见故障的NDT试样集,获得实际检测数据对所开发方法进行有效性算例分析,结果表明该方法得到的NDT可靠性评估结果精度高,且客观全面.The reliability of non-destructive testing technology(NDT) is generally evaluated by probability of detection(POD),however,in production practice,it is still required to consider the decision-making risks for aircraft maintenance caused by false detection and omission.Based on traditional model,this paper adds the probability of false detection and omission to establish the counting model and scoring model,and presents a systematic evaluation method for NDT reliability.It designs and processes the NDT sample sets of common faults of typical materials of aircraft and acquires the actual testing data to make example analysis on validity of this method,the result shows that it can realize high evaluation accuracy of NDT reliability and is objective and comprehensive.
