摘　　要：近年来新疆"娜塔莎"物质不断出现,滥用该物质人群增多,涉"娜塔莎"违法犯罪案件增加,给地区毒品问题治理带来挑战。本文首先对"娜塔莎"的概念及特征进行描述。认为国际新精神活性物质滥用趋势、地域性人文因素、"娜塔莎"毒品市场供需因素是问题产生的主要原因。为此,需要转变毒品问题的治理理念,依法加强禁毒打击力度;通过创新禁毒宣传方式、精确防控"娜塔莎"吸食人群等方式遏制"娜塔莎"物质滥用趋势。In recent years,the "Natasha" substance in Xinjiang has continuously appeared,and the number of people who abused the substance has increased.The number of criminal cases involving "Natasha" has increased,which has brought challenges to the regional drug problem management.This article first describes the concept and characteristics of "Natasha".It is believed that the trend of international new psychoactive substance abuse,regional human factors,and supply and demand factors of the "Natasha" drug market are the main causes of the problem.To this end,it is necessary to change the governance concept of the drug problem and strengthen the fight against drugs in accordance with the law;to curb the substance abuse trend of "Natasha" by innovating anti-drug propaganda methods and accurately preventing and controlling the "Natasha" smoking crowds.
