摘 要:建立了常压磷酸消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定钕掺杂钇铝石榴石中Al、Y、Nd元素含量的分析方法。考察了基体元素对掺杂元素测定的干扰情况,实验结果表明Al、Y和Nd的线性关系良好,线性相关系数R均为0.9999,方法检出限分别为0.0032%、0.0004%和0.0039%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.18%、0.94%和1.08%,加标回收率在93.3~102.9%之间。该方法样品前处理简单、耗时短,适用于Nd∶YAG中元素的定量分析。The determination was carried out by atmospheric phosphoric acid digestion-inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry.The interference of matrix elements on the determination of doped element was investigated.The linear relationship obtained in this work was good,with a correlation coefficient R of 0.9999.The detection limits of Al,Y,Nd were 0.0032%,0.0004% and 0.0039%,respectively.The relative standard deviation values were all less than 2%,and the recoveries were 93.3%-102.9%.The proposed method with simple pretreating,short time consuming is suitable for the elemental quantitative analysis of Nd:YAG.
