摘　　要：本文以德国Elementar公司生产的Vario MACRO cube元素分析仪为例,介绍了元素分析仪的基本原理、操作流程以及日常维护方法。对仪器在使用过程中常见的故障进行了归纳总结,分析了故障原因并提出了相应的解决方法。仪器的科学维护和保养不仅能提高测试的精确度和效率,还可以延长仪器的使用寿命。This article introduces the basic principle,operation process and daily maintenance of elemental analyzer.The common faults in the process of using the instrument are summarized,the causes of troubleshooting are analyzed,and some corresponding solutions are proposed.Scientific maintenance can not only improve the accuracy and efficiency of instrument testing,but also extend the service life of the instrument.
