摘 要:为得到更为接近实际工况的仿真分析方法,文章对折叠式动臂挖掘机的工作装置进行动力学建模,在虚拟样机中建立刚性体模型和刚柔耦合模型进行仿真分析。同时,利用ADAMS多体动力学分析软件创建刚性体模型和刚柔耦合模型并对其进行动态强度分析,(着重对斗杆柔性体的受力情况进行分析)。通过对比折叠动臂工作装置刚性体系统与刚柔耦合系统的受力变化曲线,发现刚柔耦合系统较刚性体系统仿真更为接近实际工况。The dynamic characteristics of the working device of the collapsible moving arm excavator are simulated and analyzed in order to get a simulation analysis method closer to the actual working condition.The dynamic modeling of the working device of the folding boom excavator is carried out,and the rigid body model and the coupling model of rigid-flexible are established in the virtual prototype for simulation analysis.The dynamic characteristics of the rigid body model and the coupling model of rigid-flexible are analyzed by using multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS.The 3D model is imported into ADAMS to simulate,and the load and driving load are analyzed according to the previous analysis.The simulation results show that the rigid flexible coupling system is closer to the ac tual working condition than the rigid body system.
