摘 要:目的探讨分级管理模式在降低颅脑手术器械包包装缺陷率中的应用效果。方法对手术器械实行分级管理,根据其精细程度、价格、重要性、是否可替代进行分级:分为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级器械。根据人员能力进行分层使用,制定人员资质晋级标准。结果实行分级管理模式后,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级颅脑手术器械包包装缺陷率分别为1.34%、1.35%、2.73%,明显低于实行分级管理模式前(7.06%、7.07%、12.5%)。同时,手术医生、手术室护士满意率由原来的92.6%提高到98.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手术器械分级管理模式能有效降低颅脑手术器械包包装缺陷率,提高临床满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management in reducing the defect rate of craniocerebral surgical instrument package.Methods The surgical instruments were classified as Grade I,II and III according to their fineness,price,importance and whether there was substitutability.According to the ability of personnel,the personnel qualification promotion standards were formulated.Results After implementing the hierarchical management model,the packaging defect rates of GradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲcraniocerebral operation instrument sets were 1.34%,1.35%,2.73%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those before the application of graded management mode(7.06%,7.07%,12.5%).Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate of surgeons and operating room nurses increased from 92.6%to 98.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The classification management model of surgical instrument can effectively reduce the defect rate of craniocerebral surgical instrument package and improve clinical satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
