摘 要:采用三维电极电Fenton法对制陶工艺含酚废水进行处理,选择pH、时间、电压、FeSO 4·7H 2O投放量、通气量、电解质投放量以及电极间距为单因素,设置不同水平,研究苯酚和COD的去除效果,同时探讨了该方法的电化学能耗。结果表明:在pH为3,电压为15 V,FeSO 4·7H 2O投放量为1.8 g/L,通气量为9 L/min,Na 2SO 4粉末投加量为1.0 g/L,电极间距取10 cm,反应120 min的条件下,废水中苯酚及COD去除率可分别达到94.13%和86.67%,处理效果明显,且能耗较二维电极大大减少,可为该方法在含酚废水处理领域的应用提供参考。Three-dimensional electrode electro-Fenton method was used to treat phenol-containing wastewater from pottery process.The removal efficiency of phenol and COD was studied with the single factor of pH,time,voltage,FeSO 4·7H 2O dosage,ventilation,electrolyte dosage and electrode spacing selected and setted at different levels.The electrochemical energy consumption of the method was also discussed.The results showed that under the conditions of pH of 3,voltage of 15V,FeSO 4·7H 2O dosage of 1.8 g/L,ventilation of 9 L/min,Na 2SO 4 powder dosage of 1.0 g/L,electrode spacing of 10 cm and reaction time of 120 min,the removal rates of phenol and COD in wastewater could reach 94.13%and 86.67%respectively.The treatment effect was obvious and the energy consumption was much lower than that of two-dimensional electrodes.It could provide reference for practical application.
