摘  要:实现对电能表实时追补电量的研究是针对电量追补的精确计量而开展的研究性课题,是为了实现对现场用电情况计算出真实追补系数,解决常规电量追补的理论推算。常规的电量追补是基于现场用电负荷整平衡的理想状态下用电,而推算出一个相对追补系数,这样的电量追补,只是一个理论推算,存在误差大、不直观的缺点,很难说服用电客户完成电量追补,或者采取折中办法,降低追补电量达成和解。The research on real-time energy recovery of electric energy meter is a research-oriented course for the accurate measurement of electric energy recovery,which is to calculate the real compensation coeffi cient for the on-site power consumption and solve the theoretical calculation of conventional electric energy recovery.The conventional electric energy recovery is based on the ideal state of electric load balancing on site,and calculates a relative value The recovery coeffi cient,such electric energy recovery,is only a theoretical calculation,which has the shortcomings of large error and non intuitive.It is diffi cult to say that consumers of power supply complete the power recovery,or take a compromise method to reduce the amount of power to reach a settlement.
