摘 要:电力企业对设备的稳定运行要求十分严格,要求运行人员定期、定点对设备及周围运行环境进行巡视检查,从而及时找出故障问题,并分析故障原因,消除隐患。基于此,通过开展输变电多参量自诊断智能巡视终端系统设计,从高集成传感器选择、可见光图像及红外热像采集设备等硬件设计和局放监测与振动监测巡视数据采集、现场监测巡视数据实时上传、基于监测数据的输变电设备状态巡视等软件设计,实现对变电站的运行监督。通过实验证明,该系统与传统系统相比可有效降低巡视误差,并实现对电力设备的故障智能诊断。Power enterprises have strict requirements for the stable operation of equipment,requiring operators to inspect the equipment and surrounding operating environment regularly and at fi xed points,so as to fi nd out the fault problems in time,analyze the causes of the failure and eliminate the hidden dangers.Based on this,through the development of transmission and transformation multi parameter self diagnosis intelligent inspection terminal system design,from the selection of highly integrated sensors,visible image and infrared thermal image acquisition equipment and other hardware design,partial discharge monitoring and vibration monitoring inspection data acquisition,on-site monitoring and inspection data real-time up transmission,transmission of power transmission and transformation equipment status inspection based on monitoring data,etc.,the substation can be realized Operation supervision.Experiments show that the system can effectively reduce the inspection error and realize the intelligent fault diagnosis of power equipment compared with the traditional system.
