摘  要:介绍了华能南通电厂循泵双速改造的情况,并分析了改造后循泵单泵低速运行时,在较短的时间内虹吸效应被破坏,机组真空变差的问题。为了实现采用单低速泵运行方式进行节能的目的,采取了对凝汽器循环水出口阀门进行节流的技术措施。通过多次优化试验,比较不同运行方式下的循环水系统工况特性,确定关小双侧冷凝器出水蝶阀开度至60%,低速循泵能够长时间运行且虹吸保持良好,并制定了相应的安全技术措施和事故处理规定。经试运行证明,冬季单低速泵运行工况稳定,节能效果显著,每年可增加收益约30万元,两年半可收回设备投资成本。This paper introduces the situation of Huaneng Nantong power plant circulating pump double speed transformation,and analyzes the problems of siphon effect being destroyed and unit vacuum becoming worse when single circulating pump operates at low speed after transformation.In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving by using single low speed pump operation mode,the technical measures of throttling the outlet valve of condenser circulating water are adopted.Through several optimization tests,the operating conditions of circulating water system under different operation modes are compared.It is determined that the opening of outlet butterfl y valve of bilateral condenser is reduced to 60%,and the low-speed circulating pump can operate for a long time with good siphon.Corresponding safety technical measures and accident handling regulations are formulated.The trial operation shows that the single lowspeed pump operates stably in winter,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.The annual income can be increased by about 300000 yuan,and the equipment investment cost can be recovered in two and a half years.
