摘 要:猕猴桃是原产中国的多年生藤本果树,广泛分布于中国低纬度到高纬度地区。随着猕猴桃产业的迅速发展和种植区域的不断北扩南移,异常气候变化严重限制了猕猴桃产业的发展,其中低温胁迫已经成为影响猕猴桃果树生长、果实品质和产量的关键因素之一。本文围绕低温胁迫对猕猴桃的生长、生理生化影响及猕猴桃低温胁迫应答分子机制3方面进行综述,为猕猴桃抗低温胁迫研究以及抗逆品种选育提供理论依据。As a perennial woody fruit tree,kiwifruit is native to China and widely distributed from low latitude to high latitude.With the rapid development of kiwifruit industry,kiwifruit planting areas are expanding in the South and North of China.At present,abnormal climate change has seriously restricted the development of kiwifruit industry,and low temperature stress has become one of the key factors affecting kiwifruit's growth,fruit quality and yield.In this paper,we reviewed the effects of low temperature stress on the kiwifruit's growth,physiology and biochemistry,and discussed the molecular mechanism of kiwifruit responding to low temperature stress.This paper will provide theoretical basis for the study of kiwifruit resistance to low temperature stress and variety breeding with low temperature resistant.
