摘  要:随着科教兴国理念的普及与深化,国家越来越重视高端人才的培养,扩大了博士后的招收规模,并拓宽了其招收渠道,使我国高校博士后的人数迅速增加,这是我国在人才培养方面取得的可喜进步。但与此同时,博士后人数的大量增加也为高校的管理工作带来了困境,传统管理模式的弊端逐渐暴露出来。根据现有状况完善人才管理模式,采取更加科学的管理方法,提高对于博士后群体的管理效率,是目前高校亟待解决的问题。Nowadays,with the popularization and deepening of the concept of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the country has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of high-end talents,expanded the recruitment scale of post-doctoral students,and broadened the recruitment channels,resulting in a rapid increase in the number of post-doctoral students in Chinese universities.The progress in talent training is gratifying,but at the same time,the large number of post-doctoral students has also brought difficulties in management work for universities,and the shortcomings of the previous management model have gradually exposed.According to the current situation,it is urgent for Chinese universities to perfect and upgrade the talent management model,adopt more scientific management methods,and improve the efficiency of the management of post-doctoral students.
