摘  要:心理素质是人整体素质的重要组成部分,同时也是职业素养的重要内容,心理弹性和归因方式影响着人们的心理健康水平。该文主要通过问卷的形式对高职生的心理弹性与归因方式进行调查。据调查结果发现,高职生的心理弹性普遍偏低,对其特点进行分析,进而对高职生职业素养培训做出详细研究。Psychological quality is an important part of a person's overall quality,as well as an important content of professional quality.Psychological resilience and attribution methods affect people's mental health.This paper mainly uses questionnaires to investigate the psychological resilience and attribution methods of higher vocational students.According to the survey results,it is found that the psychological resilience of higher vocational students is generally low.Its characteristics are analyzed and the vocational quality training of higher vocational students is studied in detail.
