摘　　要：目的分析尿道下裂及前尿道狭窄患者行口腔粘膜游离代尿道治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院在2017年1月至2019年12月期间收治的50例尿道下裂及前尿道狭窄患者的临床资料,对其行口腔粘膜游离代尿道治疗的效果以及治疗前后的尿流率和生活质量进行分析。结果50例患者治疗成功者共计48例,治疗总成功率为96.00%。50例患者治疗前的尿流率均值为(3.97±0.76)ml/s,治疗后的尿流率均值为(27.88±5.79)ml/s,治疗前后的尿流率变化差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。50例患者治疗后的生活质量相较于治疗前有明显提高,差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于尿道下裂及前尿道狭窄患者,在其临床治疗中安排予以口腔粘膜游离代尿道治疗,不仅手术治疗成功率高,同时还能够收获良好的治疗效果,对患者生活质量的改善具有积极意义,建议推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of free urethral replacement of oral mucosa in patients with hypospadias and anterior urethral stricture.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with hypospadias and anterior urethral strictures being treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the effect of free urethral replacement of oral mucosa on the urinary flow and quality of life before and after treatment were compared.Results 48 patients were successfully cured among 50 patients,and the total success rate was 96.00%.The average urine flow rate of 50 patients before treatment was(3.97±0.76)ml/s,and the average urine flow rate after treatment was(27.88±5.79)ml/s.The difference in urine flow rate before and after treatment was statistically significant.(P<0.05).The quality of life of 50 patients after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference had a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with hypospadias and anterior urethral stricture,free urethral replacement of oral mucosa in clinical treatment not only has a high success rate in surgical treatment,but also can obtain good treatment results,which has positive significance for improving the quality of life.So it should be recommended to promote in clinic.
