摘　　要：目的针对急诊创伤患者潜在医患冲突原因的现况调查。方法采用自制问卷调查表对本院400例医患人员针对急诊创伤患者潜在医患冲突原因进行问卷调查。分析引起急诊创伤患者潜在医患冲突的主要原因以及对应措施。结果根据医护人员与患者的基本资料进行分析,从医护人员与患者的性别、患者年龄段、医护人员从业时间、文化水平、月收入、社会职业、病情严重程度、焦虑度、抑郁度、患者与家属关系等方面进行分析,其中文化水平、月收入、病情严重程度、焦虑度、抑郁度等因素为造成急诊创伤患者潜在医患冲突的主要影响因素;通过对医患冲突的临床因素进行分析,从医护人员不足、医患沟通、医疗设备、医护人员态度、就诊流程、用药不合理、医护人员水平、对医护人员不信任、人文精神低、管理制度落后、医疗事故等方面进行分析,其中医患沟通、医护人员态度、用药不合理、医护人员水平、医疗事故等为造成医患冲突的主要因素。结论通过对造成医患冲突的具体原因进行分析,加强对医患冲突的因素进行预防,减少医患冲突的发生。Objective To investigate the current situation of potential doctor-patient conflict causes in emergency trauma patients.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the 400 doctors and patients in our hospital for the causes of potential doctor-patient conflict in emergency trauma patients.The main causes of conflicts between doctors and patients in emergency department and corresponding measures were analyzed.Results According to the basic data of medical staff and patients,the gender,age of patients,working time,education level,monthly income,social occupation,disease severity,anxiety,depression,relationship between patients and their families were analyzed,including education level,monthly income,disease severity,anxiety,depression Through the analysis of the clinical factors of doctor-patient conflict,from the lack of medical staff,doctor-patient communication,medical equipment,attitude of medical staff,treatment process,irrational drug use,medical staff level,distrust of medical staff,low humanistic spirit,backward management system,medical accidents and other aspects among them,the doctor-patient communication,the attitude of medical staff,the irrational use of drugs,the level of medical staff and medical accidents are the main factors causing the doctor-patient conflict.Conclusions Through the analysis of the specific causes of doctor-patient conflict,strengthen the prevention of the factors of doctor-patient conflict,reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient conflict.
