摘　　要：目的通过对鲁西南湿地蚊媒进行种群调查和淡色库蚊抗性测定,以便更好地应对该地区蚊媒防治。方法采用人饵帐诱捕蚊法对成蚊种群进行调查,采用幼虫浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂的抗性。结果共捕获成蚊16 926只,经鉴定共5属21种。其中菏泽浮龙湖湿地共4属16种、济宁太白湖湿地共5属18种、枣庄红荷湿地共5属14种。3个监测点的淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、残杀威、三氯杀虫酯、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为5.51~13.67、2.73~4.10、0.84~2.33、32.75~80.25、35.83~100.96。结论应及时开展鲁西南湿地蚊虫的综合治理工作。Objective To investigate the population structure of mosquitoes and the insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in wetlands in southwest Shandong Province,so as to control mosquitoes better.Methods Man-bait net trap was adopted to investigate the adult mosquito populations,while larvae dipping method was used to test resistance.Results A total of 16 926 adult mosquitoes were captured,and identified as 5 genera and 21 species.There were 4 genera and 16 species distributed in Heze Fulong lake wetland,5 genera and 18 species in Jining Taibai lake wetland,5 genera and 14 species in Zaozhuang Honghe wetland.The resistance ratios of Culex pipiens pallens from 3 monitoring sites were 5.51-13.67 to dichlorvos,2.73-4.10 to propoxur,0.84-2.33 to acetofenate,32.75-80.25 to deltamethrin and 35.83-100.96 to cypermethrin,respectively.Conclusion Integrated mosquito control should be carried out in the wetlands of southwest Shandong Province.
