摘　　要：目的观察0.5%呋虫胺胶饵的灭蟑效果,控制蟑螂密度。方法用药激法调查蟑螂侵害状况,对蟑螂密度较高场所,在蟑螂栖息爬行处按0.1~0.3 g/点的剂量施药。结果调查213间房,蟑螂侵害率为15.49%,阳性间平均密度指数为9.61只/间,其中食堂、集体宿舍、传达室、老干部住户蟑螂侵害状况较重,对蟑螂密度较高场所施药后1、7、14、21、28 d,蟑螂平均密度下降率分别为15.41%、73.50%、91.91%、96.05%、97.51%。结论用胶饵精准施药灭蟑效果较好。Objective To investigate the control effect of 0.5% dinotefuran gel bait on cockroach.Methods The invasion situation of cockroaches was assessed by drug stimulating method.The gel bait was applied 0.1-0.3 g per site where cockroaches inhabited in places with high cockroach density.Results Of 213 rooms surveyed,the encroachment rate of cockroaches was 15.49%.The mean density index of positive rooms was 9.61 insects per room.The canteen,collective dormitory,reception office and apartment for veteran cadres were places where the cockroach invasion situation was relatively severe.The average density of cockroaches decreased by 15.41%,73.50%,91.91%,96.05%,97.51% respectively on the 1 st,7 th,14 th,21 st and 28 th day after the application of the gel bait on places with high cockroach densities.Conclusion The accurate application of this gel bait showed good control effect against cockroaches.
