摘  要:目的了解深圳市龙岗区蚊种类、密度及季节消长等情况,为科学防治蚊虫和防控蚊媒传染病提供依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法和诱蚊诱卵器法对不同生境类型进行蚊密度监测,并对捕获的成蚊进行分类鉴定。结果 2013—2017年成蚊平均密度为2.47只/(灯·夜)。致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,占94.28%。公园的成蚊密度最高,为5.65只/(灯·夜),且蚊种构成丰富。各年度的成蚊密度高峰期不同,2013—2017年的密度高峰期分别为5月、3月、4月、6月、3月。2013—2017年诱蚊诱卵平均指数为6.82,公园的诱蚊诱卵指数最高(8.55),各年诱蚊诱卵指数高峰期分别为5月、5月、8月、9月、8月。结论坚持做好蚊媒监测,加强对公园的治理力度,在蚊密度高峰期间(3—10月)进行全面的灭蚊工作。Objective To understand the species composition,density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Longgang District of Shenzhen,and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases.Methods Light trapping and Mosquito oviposition trap were used to monitor mosquitoes in different habitats from 2013 to 2017.Results From 2013 to 2017,the average mosquito population density was 2.47 insects per lamp per night.Culex pipien quinquefasciatus was the dominant species,accounting for 94.28%. The highest adult mosquito density,5.65 insects per lamp per night,took place in the parks,where the species composition was abundant.The density peak of adult mosquitoes varied in different years,in May of 2013,in March of 2014,in April of 2015,in June of 2016,and in March of 2017.From 2013 to 2017,the average mosq-ovitrap index was 6.82,with the highest(8.55) in parks.The mosq-ovitrap indexes peaked in May of 2013,in May of 2014,in August of 2015,in September of 2016,and in August of 2017.Conclusion The mosquito vectors monitoring should be carried out and the management in the parks should be strengthened.During the mosquito density peak period(March-October),a comprehensive anti-mosquito work should be carried out.
