摘　　要：目的回顾性分析132例踝管综合征患者的治疗经过,总结踝管综合征的治疗经验。方法对2010年4月-2019年8月收治的132例踝管综合征患者,术前通过查体、彩超、肌电图、MRI等明确诊断,术中采用四通道松解法松解胫后神经及其分支,术后定期随访,采用Takura提出的术后评价标准评价术后效果。结果依据Takura提出的术后评价标准,优98例,良26例,可8例,差0例,优良率为93.9%。结论术前结合症状、查体、肌电图及彩超等辅助检查,明确诊断,术中采用四通道松解法,精细操作,术后踝管综合征治疗效果确切。Objective To review the treatment of 132 patients with tarsal tunnel syndrome and summarize the experience of treatment.Methods From April 2010 to August 2019,132 patients with tarsal tunnel syndrome were admitted to our hospital.The patients were diagnosed by physical examination,color Doppler ultrasound,electromyography,MRI,etc.During the operation,the posterior tibial nerve and its branches were released by four channel relaxation method.The patients were followed up regularly after the operation,and the postoperative evaluation standard proposed by Takura was used to evaluate the postoperative effects.Results According to the evaluation criteria proposed by Takura,98 cases were excellent,26 cases were good,8 cases were fair,0 case was poor,and the excellent and good rate was93.9%.Conclusion Before operation,combined with symptoms,EMG and color ultrasound,the diagnosis is clear.During the operation,four channel relaxation method is used,and the operation is precise.
