摘　　要：目的探讨桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复手背部皮肤软组织缺损伴骨肌腱外露创面的疗效。方法2015年6月-2019年12月,应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复手背部皮肤软组织及肢端缺损15例。结果术后2例出现张力性水疱;3例较大皮瓣出现皮缘少许坏死,经换药后愈合。术后随访2~24个月,所有皮瓣存活良好。结论桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复手背部皮肤软组织缺损是一种安全有效的手术方法。Objective To explore the effect of repairing the soft tissue defect of the back of the hand with the exposure of bone and tendon by radial nerve superficial branch neuro vascular flap.Methods From June2015 to December 2019,15 cases of skin and soft tissue defects and acromegaly defects on the back of the hand were repaired with radial nerve superficial branch neuro vascular flap.Results Tension vesicles were found in 2 of 15 cases of flaps with superficial radial nerve nutrient vessels.There was a little necrosis of the skin margin in 3 cases of the large flap,which healed after dressing change.15 cases were followed up for2-24 months.All flaps survived well.Conclusion It is safe and effective to repair the skin and soft tissue defect of the back of the hand with the skin flap of the radial nerve.
