局封结合针刀与传统手术治疗腱鞘炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨局封结合针刀与传统手术治疗腱鞘炎的临床效果。方法随机抽样法选取2018年6月-2019年6月收治的120例腱鞘炎患者,随机数字表法分两组,对照组(60例)采用传统手术治疗,观察组(60例)采用局封结合针刀治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗3个月后,观察组Quinnell分级优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗时间短于对照组;术后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(85.00%)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.67%,低于对照组13.33%(P<0.05)。结论腱鞘炎采用局封结合针刀治疗可获得较传统手术更为理想的效果,且治疗时间短、疼痛程度轻,并发症少。Objective To explore the efficacy of local seal combined with acupotomy and traditional surgery on the treatment of tenosynovitis.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,patients with tenosynovitis were randomly selected group by random number table,the control group(60 cases)was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group(60 cases)was treated with local seal combined with acupotomy.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,Quinnell classification in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was1.67%,lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Local seal combined with acupotomy for tenosynovitis can achieve more ideal results than traditional surgery,and the treatment time is short,the degree of pain is light,and the complication is less.
