摘 要:在紫菜养殖周期内,选取连岛和青口2个紫菜养殖场,进行每周1次的跟踪监测,监测项目为COD、无机氮和磷酸盐,研究紫菜养殖过程对海州湾海域海水水质的影响,重点分析紫菜生长、腐烂、加药、施肥以及紫菜养殖规模对海州湾海域无机氮的影响。研究结果表明:紫菜养殖对海水COD和活性磷酸盐影响较小;紫菜养殖对海水无机氮浓度影响较大。紫菜养殖挂网期和分苗期,无机氮浓度呈降低趋势,收割期海水无机氮浓度急剧升高,收割期无机氮污染指数大于1。紫菜养殖过程施肥和紫菜养殖规模无序扩张、紫菜腐烂是导致海水中无机氮升高,海水水质恶化的主要原因。;In order to study the effect of laver culture on seawater quality in Haizhou Bay,two laver farms in Liandao and Qingkou were selected to conduct weekly monitoring during the laver culture cycle.The monitoring items were chemical oxygen demand,inorganic nitrogen and phosphate.The effects of laver growth,decay,chemical addition,fertilization and cultivation scale on water quality of Haizhou Bay were analyzed,with emphasis on the effects of growth,decay,chemical addition,fertilization and the scale of porphyra cultivation on inorganic nitrogen in Haizhou Bay.The results showed that porphyra culture had little effect on the chemical oxygen demand and active phosphate.The results showed that the inorganic nitrogen concentration decreased in breeding and seedling stage,and increased sharply in harvest stage,and the inorganic nitrogen pollution index was more than 1.Fertilization,disordered expansion and rot of porphyra yezoensis culture scale are the main reasons that lead to the increase of inorganic nitrogen and the deterioration of seawater quality.
