摘 要:荆门-宜昌高速公路部分路面出现了松散、坑槽等病害,路面平整性较差,存在局部车辙和桥头跳车等问题。同时,该高速公路通行量大,不适宜进行长期的路面维修工作。因此,结合荆宜高速公路路面实际情况,文章对SMA-5混料配合比进行设计,制订SMA-5罩面层施工方案。结果表明,SMA-5具有高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、耐久性、水稳定性等特点,作为高速公路沥青路面罩面层,可以避免路面洗刨深度过大、路面加铺厚度过大造成交通设施提升等问题,减少路面养护成本。Part pavement of highway from Jingmen to Yichang has appeared some defects, such as looseness and potholes, poor pavement flatness, local rutting and vehicle bumping at bridge head. At the same time, the traffic volume of the highway is large, which is not suitable for long-term pavement maintenance. Therefore, the SMA-5 mixture ratio is designed and the construction scheme of SMA-5 overlay is adopted to the pavement construction. The result shows that SMA-5 has the characteristics of hightemperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, durability, water stability and so on. As asphalt pavement overlay of expressway, SMA-5 can avoid the problems such as excessive pavement washing depth and pavement overlay over thickness resulting in the improvement of traffic facilities, and reduce the cost of pavement maintenance.
