摘  要:目的探讨维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)基因2个常见多态性位点基因型、等位基因频率与女性高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应结合测序技术,对138例高危型HPV感染者及126例正常对照者进行VDR基因ApaⅠ、TapⅠ2个SNP位点多态性的检测。结果高危型HPV感染组及对照组VDR基因ApaⅠ、TapⅠ2个SNP位点多态性分布频率均符合遗传学的Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;高危型HPV感染组VDR基因ApaⅠ位点多态性基因型A/A、C/C和A/C的频率分别为5.8%、55.1%和39.1%,对照组分别为14.3%、52.4%和33.3%,经检验,高危型HPV感染组A/A基因型频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.345,P=0.021)。高危型HPV感染组VDR基因TapⅠ位点多态性基因型T/T和C/T的频率分别为88.4%和11.6%,对照组分别为85.7%和14.3%,2组TapⅠ位点多态性分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论VDR基因多态性与高危型HPV感染风险相关。Objective To explore the relationship between the vitamin D receptor polymorphism and the high-risk human papilloma virus infection.Methods We genotyped vitamin D receptor gene polymorphisms of SNPs of Apa I and Tap I of 138 High-risk HPV infections and 126 normal controls by sequencing technology.Results The frequencies of vitamin D receptor gene polymorphisms of Apa I and Tap I in the two groups were in line with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Frequencies of the genotype A/A,C/C and A/C were 5.8%,55.1%and 39.1%for the High-risk HPV infections,and 14.3%,52.4%and33.3%for the normal controls,respectively.After testing,the genotype frequency of high-risk HPV infection group A/A was lower than that of control group,with the differences statistically significant(χ2=5.345,P=0.021).Frequencies of the genotype T/T and C/T were 88.4%and 11.6%for the high-risk HPV infections,and 85.7%and 14.3%for the normal controls,respectively.There was no statistical significance on the difference in the frequencies of the Tap I genotype between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion VDR gene polymorphisms is associated with the high-risk HPV infection.
