摘　　要：目的探讨Th22、Treg细胞及其细胞因子IL-22、IL-10和IL-35在重度子痫前期(Preeclampsia,PE)孕妇外周血中的表达及意义。方法选取2018年11月-2019年3月在本院住院分娩的重度PE孕妇40例为实验组,同时选取同期在本院产检的健康孕妇40例为对照组,采用流式细胞技术检测2组孕妇外周血Th22、Treg细胞频数;ELISA检测细胞因子IL-22、IL-10和IL-35的表达。结果实验Th22细胞频数、IL-22的表达量高于对照组,而Treg细胞频数、IL-10、IL-35的表达量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;Th22/Treg的比率差异亦具有统计学意义。结论Th22、Treg细胞的免疫失衡及细胞因子分泌的变化可能参与了重度子痫前期的发生。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Th22,Treg cells and their cytokine levels of IL-22,IL-10 and IL-35 in peripheral blood of patients with severe preeclampsia(PE).Methods A total of 40 severe PE pregnant women who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the experimental group.40 healthy pregnant women from our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Flow cytometry was selected to test the frequencies of Th22 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of pregnant women.The expression of cytokines IL-22,IL-10 and IL-35 were detected by ELISA.Results The frequency of Th22 cells and the expression of IL-22 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,while the frequencies of Treg cells,IL-10 and IL-35 were lower than the control group,with the differences statistically significant.The difference in the ratio of Th22/Treg was also statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion The immunological imbalance of Th22 and Treg cells and the secretion of cytokine may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
