临床上犬猫耳血肿的发病原因及治疗效果研究

摘　　要：耳血肿是在受到剧烈的外力作用导致耳部血管出现破裂所引起的内出血,从而形成血肿,多发生在耳廓内侧面。在临床上,耳血肿由耳螨、打斗或外伤等多种诱因引起的耳部的异常刺激,患畜出现摇头甩耳、挠耳,耳廓内毛细血管破裂出现耳血肿。在宠物临床应用中,笔者曾使用过多种方法治疗耳血肿病例,其中最常用是耳廓内侧手术疗法,本研究主要采用耳廓内侧全切引流术和耳廓内侧开窗术这两种方法来治疗耳血肿并对术后效果进行分析,希望通过本次研究能为耳血肿更好的诊治提供帮助。Ear hematoma is an internal hemorrhage caused by the violent external force causing the rupture of the blood vessels in the ear,which forms a hematoma,which occurs mostly in the inner side of the auricle.In clinical practice,the ear hematoma is caused by abnormal stimulation of the ear caused by various causes such as deafness,fighting or trauma.The affected animal appears to shake his head,squint,and ear,and the ear capillaries in the auricle rupture.In the clinical application of pets,I have used a variety of methods to treat ear hematoma,the most common of which is the auricular medial surgery.This study mainly uses the auricular medial ablation and the auricle fenestration.To treat ear hematoma and analyze the postoperative results,I hope that this study can help better diagnosis and treatment of ear hematoma.
