摘 要:目的优选藿砂颗粒的最佳辅料与制剂成型的工艺。方法采用成型率、溶化率、吸湿率、休止角等为评价,筛选最佳辅料,并确定颗粒临界相对湿度。结果藿砂颗粒最佳成型工艺条件为:主药中加入相同量的混合辅料,混合辅料为甘露醇∶糊精=4∶1,临界相对湿度为78%。结论本成型工艺合理可行,为医院制剂生产提供依据。OBJECTIVE To optimize the best excipient and formation technologies of HuoSha Granules.METHODS With the moldability,dissolubility,mobility and hygroscopicity as index,the suitable excipients were selected and the critical relative humidity of granules was decided.RESULTS The optimal formation technologies of HuoSha Granules were as follows:added the same amount of mixed excipiets to the main medicine,the admixture was mannitol∶dextrin=4∶1,the critical relative humidity was 78%.CONCLUSION The formulation technology is reasonble and feasible,and can provide reliable basis for hospital preparations.
