摘　　要：藕节(Nodus rhizomatis nelumbinis)为睡莲科植物莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn)的干燥根茎节部。在我国具有悠久的药用历史,其生品与炒炭品应用于中医临床。本文通过查阅宋代至清代中医药本草学著作及现代研究的相关文献,进行系统归纳整理,弄清藕节炭的炮制历史沿革及炮制前后对其化学成分、药理作用的影响。初步揭示藕节炮制成炭药用的科学内涵,为基于"炒炭存性-药效物质-止血效应"相关性的藕节炭炮制机理研究提供理论基础。Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus(Ou-Jie in China)is derived from the dry rhizome section of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn belonging to the family Nymphaeaceae.Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus and its Charcoal have been commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine with a long history.By looking up the books of traditional Chinese medicine from Song to Qing dynasty and its related modern references,the thesis concludes and collects systematically in order to figure out the preparation of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus as well as Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus charcoal across the changes in history and the respective effects to chemical components,pharmacological effects before and after the preparation.This thesis preliminarily uncovers the scientific connotation of the preparation of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus Charcoal,and also provides theoretical basis for processing mechanism of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus charcoal according to the correlation theory of"carbonizing herb characteristic-effective substances-hemostatic effect".
