摘　　要：目的了解2018年福建省厦门市康复资源的分布和配置。方法在前期现场考察的基础上,采用问卷调查表的形式,了解全市康复科的设置、床位数、人员、收治病种等情况。结果2018年厦门市设有康复科的医疗机构共有13家,康复病区床位总数373张,占全市总病床数2.604%;康复医师137名,占总人口比例为3.88/10万人口;康复治疗师96名,占总人口比例2.39/10万人口,按专业统计前三名分别为物理治疗师、作业治疗师、言语治疗师;近3年康复病房接诊病例数逐年上升,接诊量位于前三名的疾病分别为是神经疾患、骨科疾患、慢性疼痛。结论厦门市康复医学科的设置基本达到卫生部的标准,但康复科人才匮乏、康复意识薄弱极为突显,需提高意识、加大投入、加速人才培养。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of rehabilitation resources in Xiamen City,Fujian Province in 2018.METHODS On the basis of the previous on-site investigation,we used the form of questionnaire to understand the number,beds,personnel and types of diseases of the department of rehabilitation medicine in the hospitals in Xiamen.RESULTS There were 13 hospitals organized the departments of rehabilitation medicine in Xiamen in 2018,with 373 rehabilitation beds,accounting for 2.604%of the total number of beds in Xiamen.There were 137 rehabilitation doctors,accounting for 388/100,000 of the total population.There were 96 rehabilitation therapists,accounting for 239/100,000 of the total population.According to professional statistics,the top three rehabilitation therapists were physiotherapists,occupational therapists and speech therapists.In the past three years,the inpatients in rehabilitation wards has increased year by year.The top three diseases are Neurological Diseases,Orthopedic Diseases and Chronic Pain Disease.CONCLUSION The number and professional quality of rehabilitation practitioners in Xiamen City meet the basic standards set by the Ministry of Health for rehabilitation medicine,but the lack of rehabilitation professionals is very prominent,so it is necessary to increase investment and accelerate personnel training.
