摘 要:(1)目的探讨引导想象训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者认知和焦虑抑郁的影响。(2)方法选取在保定市泰和康复医院住院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者,并存在认知障碍和焦虑抑郁的患者共71例,随机分成2组。对照组给予常规治疗与护理,引导想象组在对照组基础上给予运动引导想象训练。干预前,干预4周后采用蒙特利尔认知和医院焦虑抑郁量表测评。(3)结果干预4周后两组患者认知和焦虑抑郁评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组认知功能提高好于对照组,观察组焦虑抑郁症状改善好于对照组。(4)结论引导想象训练可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者认知水平,缓解焦虑抑郁。Objective To explore the effect of guided imagination training on cognition and anxiety and depression in stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods 71 patients with stroke hemiplegia and cognitive impairment and anxiety and depression were randomLy divided into two groups,the control group was given routine treatment and nursing,and the guide imagination group was given exercise guidance imagination training on the basis of the control group.Before the intervention,the Montreal cognitive and hospital anxiety and depression scale was used after 4 weeks of intervention.Results The scores of cognition and anxiety and depression in the two groups were different after 4 weeks of intervention dical significance(P<0.05),the improvement of cognitive function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Imagination training can improve the cognition and relieve anxiety and depression of stroke hemiplegic patients.
