马万千益气润肠食疗方治疗肺脾气虚型便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察马万千名老中医制定的益气润肠食疗方治疗肺脾气虚型便秘的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至12月北京中医医院顺义医院收治的肺脾气虚型便秘患者72例作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予穴位按摩及饮食指导,观察组给予益气润肠食疗方治疗配合穴位按摩及饮食指导,4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后的症状变化和治疗结束后4周的复发情况。结果两组治疗后的显效率和总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组随访4周后的便秘症状比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气润肠食疗方治疗肺脾气虚型便秘具有较好的疗效,可以在临床上应用推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of MA Wanqian Yiqi Runchang Food Therapy recipe on constipation of deficiency of lung and spleen Qi.Methods 72 patients with constipation with deficiency of lung and spleen Qi were randomly divided into treatment group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Runchang Food Therapy recipe combined with acupoint massage and diet guidance,while the control group was given acupoint massage and diet guidance,four weeks as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment The changes of symptoms before and after treatment and the recurrence at the end of treatment were observed.Results There was significant difference in the effective rate and the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of constipation symptoms after 4 weeks of follow-up The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Runchang Decoction on the treatment of lung-spleen deficiency constipation has good curative effect,can be widely used in clinical application.
